What an outstanding experience! I went to Discount Tire in North Charleston expecting to purchase a replacement Michelin Pilot Sport 4S after another tire shop had told me my tire couldn’t be repaired. Instead of immediately selling me a new tire, the representative asked if they could inspect it first. He carefully examined all four tires, noted they still had excellent tread remaining, and then asked the shop manager to evaluate the puncture as well. The manager removed the tire from the wheel so they could determine exactly where the steel belts began before deciding whether the tire could be safely repaired. I appreciated how thorough they were and that they didn’t make assumptions. I told them that if the tire wasn’t repairable, I was perfectly happy to buy a new one. About 45 minutes later, they told me my car was ready. They had determined the tire could be safely repaired, completed the repair, and when I asked for my bill, they told me they don’t charge for tire repairs. Out of curiosity, I asked what a new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S would have cost if replacement had been necessary. They quoted me $525, which was nearly $100 less than the quote I had received elsewhere f

Just got a tire patched and they did all the checks for me. I was helped by Todd and Kevin and the tech. They were all very helpful, informative and friendly. I went to another tire place first but they said they dont do my tires. So I went here and im very glad I did. Im local and always used our well known tire shop but now I will be going here.

Stephan was my store representative on arrival & tire order. He was a complete professional in all areas of customer service. DT (Discount Tire) provided the best price and tire selection. I will use DT in the future & recommend family & friends for their tire support needs. Bravo Zulu Stephan… Give him a pay raise!

I had a blow out in late October. My son had researched tire stores and suggested that I check Discount Tire out. When I entered, I was immediately acknowledged and greeted. Shortly thereafter, I was approached by Stephan Kinzli. He asked what was going on and we walked outside to my vehicle. Step-by-step he explained what he was doing and what he would need to do. I purchased two reasonably priced tires all new lugs and windshield wipers. Six days later, I returned. There was a bolt in the new tire I had just purchased the week before. Stephan once again assisted and helped me resolve my issue. Excellent customer service. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable about the products. The service was very efficient. I also loved the text messages that gave the status of the service. Very satisfied
